The Risk Committee
The risk committee manages continuously identified risks and related issues according to the board’s guidelines. Its mission includes providing the board with proposals for review areas and completing the ORSA report before it is presented to the board. The risk committee consists of the CEO, financial manager, actuary function, regulatory compliance function and risk control function.

The Placement Committee
The investment committee is responsible for the management of Industria Försäkringsaktiebolag’s investment portfolio in accordance with the board’s established guidelines. The committee meets monthly and is responsible for investment decisions, investment strategies and analysis of financial markets and associated risks. The investment committee also manages the liquidity risk with regular follow-ups.

The Sustainability Committee
The sustainability committee functions as a bridge between the operational and strategic sustainability work within Industria Försäkringsaktiebolag. The committee is responsible for initiating, driving and following up on sustainability work to ensure the company’s long-term commitments. It prepares questions about focus areas, strategic direction and activities to achieve set sustainability goals before decisions in the board. The committee consists of senior executives and central functions.
